Notification of Due Diligence Screening(Required)

I consent that the company can conduct due diligence screening, verification checks, and/or continuous monitoring for legitimate business, hiring, due diligence, compliance, security, and risk-management purposes. This may include (where legally permitted) verification of identity, employment or business history, regulatory sanctions, criminal and legal records, watchlists, corporate records, adverse media, fraud indicators, and other relevant compliance databases. The information collected will be used strictly for lawful and legitimate purposes, and in accordance with applicable laws and the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). The company may engage trusted third-party providers to perform due diligence screening on its behalf. Due diligence screening results are used as part of the company’s internal assessment only and do not serve as a certification, guarantee, or endorsement. Final hiring, onboarding, continuation, or business decisions remain at the company’s sole discretion. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in rejection, termination of engagement, withdrawal of offer, suspension of relationship, or other lawful action.
