EO Singapore’s Low Boon Seong is an accidental hero in the whiskey world. He started as an enthusiast in wine and ended up being not only an enthusiast, but a collector, investor and shareholder of some restaurants and clubs in Singapore.. All because of his vast collection of whiskies.
He owns about 3000 different kinds of whiskies, and has been featured in Singapore national newspaper Straits Time, The Edge, and radio channels on whiskey appreciation and investment. He occasionally hosts whiskey pairing session back home in Singapore and is seen by the business community as an influencer of sorts, inviting partnerships with Whiskey labels and other non-alcohol related brands.
